• Zero Clips Advisors, including solicitors, insurers, accountants and auditors.
• Other organisations that supply us with services such as carriers for delivering your orders and our sales software package that provides us with a better understanding of customer sales for the products we supply.

Where Is Your Data Stored?

We store your data both digitally within our accounts / CRM system and also in paper copy.

Your data is also transferred electronically to our sales software package provider which provides us with a better understanding of customer sales for the products we supply.  Also, to our Business Partner with which we have a legal responsibility to provide information to who provide us with our Invoicing Discounting Facility.

How Long We Store Your Date

All data provided by you shall be retained confidentially by Zero Clips Ltd for as long as we have a professional relationship with each other and then for 7 years if our professional relationship has terminated.  You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data is you feel there is no reason for its continued processing.

How We Protect Your Data

Zero Clips Ltd take the security of your data seriously although as you are aware transmitting any data over the internet via email is not 100% risk free and you as the sender are responsible to ensure that any data you transmit is secure.  However, once we have your data we have a responsibility to ensure your data is secure while we have it and while we are processing it.  How your data is protected:

• Full Business Internet Security (e.g. Antivirus & Firewalls)
• All our computer systems are password protected and we have measures in place to ensure these are updated and changed on a regular basis.
• Transferring of your data over the internet to our third-party business partner has end to end encryption
•  Any hard copies of your data (e.g. in paper form) will be locked away whilst it is not being processed
• Card details provided by you are only used at the time of payment and then shredded and we do not store the CVV number on the signature strip

Zero Clips Ltd does not sell or pass your information on to third party companies for marketing purposes.
