Ezyclik Hose Clamp

Specially designed for hose clamping applications where space is restricted, the new Ezyclik (patent pending) hose clamp offers the convenience of the Herbie Clip with a narrower head.

The unique design of the Ezyclik ensures strong, reliable clamping with the added security of a special interlocking head to ensure that the Ezyclik maintains clamping integrity in the most arduous applications.

Manufactured from Nylon 6.6.* the Ezyclik has the following characteristics:

• No moving parts – will not seize Low profile head will fit into small spaces
• Full installation tooling support Choice of installation – pre-fit onto hose or wrap around once the hose is in place
• Can be quickly released using pliers
• Lightweight and easy to use
• No sharp edges to cut the operator
• Strong UV resistance
• Temperature range -40°C to +150°C
• Seals hosework up to 8 bar (depending on hose and fitting)
• UL listed

Because of the non-existent dynamic range of the Ezyclik,each size is made on a case by case basis. If you feel you have an application that would be ideally suited for this product please send us a sample of the hose and spigot that you are using. We will then design free of charge** an Ezyclik to fit your application. The following sizes are already in production and we expect many more to be added in the short term.
